Audited Accounts
If we are to be successful in our role, we must develop and maintain a good relationship with owners. We will always deal with individual owners on day to day matters and we will write formally to you when issuing year end Service Charge accounts to ensure we comply with legislation.
Property Managers visit your property and are more than happy to meet with individual owners on site during normal working hours by prior appointment.
At the end of the service charge year we will provide details to an independent accountant who will audit the accounts and provide a report to show where your service charge has been spent. We believe in full transparency and, if you have any questions, our team are always available to discuss matters.
