Portal

Our client software platform includes a unique portal giving every client their own access. In your portal you will be able to: 

  • View all invoices raised and payments received. This will provide details of whether you have any outstanding payments to make and the dates they are due by. 

  • If you are remortgaging your property, the portal will have a copy of your buildings insurance policy which your mortgage provider will ask for. 

  • All service charge budgets are displayed in the portal enabling our you can see the breakdown of how this is made up. 

  • Audited service charge accounts – Each year your service charge accounts will be independently audited. These accounts can be viewed in the portal and provide useful information such as the reserve fund for future planned maintenance.
