PETS

It is essential that the terms of the Leases are adhered to in respect of the keeping of pets in the property. Many Leases preclude the keeping of pets however, where the keeping of pets is permitted it is essential that the Landlord’s consent is first obtained before the animal can be kept on site. If you wish to keep a pet at your property, please let us have full details of the pet concerned, including breed name and age together with a photograph of the animal so that we may seek consent on your behalf from our client.
