ALTERATIONS
If you are considering an alteration or an addition to your property, please contact us with full details of your proposals prior to commencing any work. It is important to make sure that any alterations are not going to be unsightly, do not affect the structure of the building, meet local authority Building Regulations and where necessary, planning permission has been obtained. Common examples of alterations which would be affected by this is moving boiler flues, installing vents, changing the windows or front door to the property, or making changes affecting the internal layout.
